We have been a major presence in IT recruitment since the 1990s.
During this time, we have expanded and developed – but our philosophy has remained the same: we do not treat candidates as commodities, and we invest time in understanding you and your aspirations.
Many recruitment companies claim this – but we can confidently claim that, in our case, it is true.
We strive to be approachable, accessible and personable. Our teams are based in our offices in Birmingham and Manchester, which you are welcome to visit and meet the consultants working with you on your application or job search.
If you ever have any questions, just give us a call or contact us online. It’s that simple.
Our credentials are best demonstrated by the feedback we receive from candidates about our recruitment consultants:
“One of the few recruiters who understand the skills market. This means [Jumar] understands the needs of both sides of the client/consultant relationship and has the support staff to deliver.”
Edward – placed as an Infrastructure Consultant
“Prompt, informative and very helpful in providing detail into the job role specified… an enjoyment to deal with from start to finish”
Sean – placed as a Systems Analyst
“Kept me in the loop with what was happening throughout the recruitment process and ensured that I had all the necessary information to prepare for my interviews. Definitely one of the good guys”
Lesley – placed as a Data Protection Specialist
We make a number of commitments to our candidates to ensure you are fully aware of what’s happening in your job search process:
One of our Recruitment Consultants will provide all available information on the client and the role, including benefits, environment, and project plans. If invited to interview, you will receive confirmation of arrangements made, stating date, time and contact, as well as location details. More importantly, we will work with you to ensure you are comfortable with the interview format and you have all the possible information to maximise your chances of success.
We will not send your CV to any client unless you have been consulted and given your consent. We will always let you know the name of the client.
We know that you may have questions about a role, and they may not be obvious when you initially discuss the opportunity. We are a friendly bunch, and welcome the opportunity to discuss any aspect of the role at any time.
Advice and guidance is always available, including CV critique, interview tips and salary expectations. Once you’ve started your new role, we will monitor your induction and ensure things go to plan. For contract placements, we will meet up with you regularly to make sure all is well throughout the project.
