Jumar earns place on updated Government staffing framework

Jumar Solutions has been awarded a place on a high-profile Government framework to provide temporary and fixed term staff across the UK.

“Non-Clinical Temporary and Fixed term staff” has been launched as a collaborative effort by Crown Commercial Service, the Cabinet Office’s purchasing agency, and NHS Procurement in Partnership, working together as the Workforce Alliance.

The four-year contract was awarded following an exhaustive tendering process, where prospective suppliers were required to evidence a proven track record in providing quality services.

Jumar’s background in supplying a range of resources across the public sector was instrumental in securing a place on this framework.

It complements the company’s place on the “Digital Outcomes and Specialists”, “Permanent Recruitment”, and “Public Sector Resourcing” frameworks. Its sister company, Jumar Technology is also a supplier on the Government’s G-Cloud purchasing scheme for ‘as a service’ and cloud consultancy offerings.

The Non-Clinical framework replaces the historic NMNC (Non-Medical, Non-Clinical) purchasing model – and focuses on the provision of staff to NHS contracting authorities but will be open to all UK public sector bodies.

Jumar was successful in its bid to provide IT Professionals under this arrangement. The framework can also be used to supply Legal Professionals, Admin, Clerical roles, amongst others.

Ben Harvey, Jumar’s Account Director has worked with the framework’s predecessor for several years and says, “This buying mechanism allows the highest quality, skilled professionals to be provided on a transparent, best-value, best-outcome basis for Government and the general public.

I’m delighted that Jumar has been awarded a place, and our substantial experience of delivering value to public sector bodies will be instrumental in the way we deliver services under this contract.

I look forward to working with clients, both old and new – as well as playing a pivotal part in the careers of our candidates.”

The framework was released for bidding earlier this year, and following a period of tendering, a select number of successful tenderers was awarded a place on each lot.
