1st/2nd Line Support Analyst – O365/ Windows10/ Active Directory
Location – Birmingham, Occassional travel to Derby
Fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Analyst – 1st/2nd Line to join a busy and expanding team based in Birmingham. As the IT Support Analyst you will be the single point of support , so you will need to be very versatile and have the ability to pick up tasks as required. You will be working closely with the IT Manager dealing with queries, resolving when approriate and escalate when needed.
- Dealing with non-booting devices
- End user hardware/software support
- Licence management
- Supporting asset tracking
- Imaging and issuing IT hardware (laptops, desktops, iPads, iPhones etc)
