Role:Change and Communications Manager
Salary: upto £80,000 + Benefits
Location: Remote working available – with some travel
 
I am looking for a Change and Communications Manager to join a national organisation going through an exciting period of transformational change. The organisation are on a journey to deliver two large programmes of work and are looking for an experienced Change and Communications Manager to take ownership of the strategy around employee adoption and communicating the change for one of the projects.
 
The role will ideally align to the HR & Payroll (iTrent) Programme but may also incorporate supporting on the Finance System implementation (Dynamics 365 F&O). Previous experience in delivering and communicating Change in one of these areas is essential. As the Change and Communications Manager you will holds responsibilities including:
 

  • Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation
  • Carry out change management assessments
  • Create and deliver – communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans and resistance management planning
  • Work with project teams to provide assistance on the delivery of change
  • Work closely with senior leader to ensure a smooth adoption and transition for their respective business units
  • Support and drive change management across the organisation

 
The successful Change and Communications Manager will ideally be degree educated and have demonstrable Business Change experience. Holding Change Management accreditations would be a major advantage.
 
You will be required to have experience of working in a large scale organisation where you have been involved in business wide change initiatives and has commercial experience of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
