We’re delighted to welcome Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant Kelly Bradley to the Jumar Team. Here’s a little intro to Kelly:
What is your background?
I have been in recruitment for over 10 years now which has been a mixture of sales and talent attraction. The majority of my experience has been IT but I have also worked in dentistry and social care. I am happy to be working back in IT as it’s what I know best 😊
How did you get into recruitment?
I was approached by a local recruitment company to join their new business team and I did this for 2 years. Having my son meant I needed to work part-time which this role couldn’t offer me. I’d hear the resourcing team talking to candidates and taking them through the recruitment process I realised this was the part of being a recruiter I enjoyed the most. So that’s what I got into and have loved it ever since.
What do you enjoy most about your job/recruitment?
For me, it’s all about the candidate. From first talking to them about the role, to setting up interviews and being able to tell them they secured the role is the best feeling.
What’s the best advice you can give to someone who has just started their career?
Treat your candidates as you would wish to be treated. Even those who you don’t shortlist as you never know when you might need them!

either with my 2 children or trying to get myself fit enough to run the Great North Run in September!
