COVID-19 Coronavirus update from Jumar Solutions

As Covid-19 restrictions are beginning to ease, Jumar is planning a phased, gradual re-opening of its offices in line with safety guidance and the results of an internal risk assessment.
Our ‘business as usual’ approach, which has been active during the recent disruption, will continue with a mixture of staff working from home and others from the office.
A working party has been formed to assess and manage any risks associated with this partial return to the office, but our success in delivering services with staff working remotely has allowed us to operate flexibly during this transition period, and to give our valued staff the option of whether to return to the office.
We are currently not allowing visitors to our premises, but this will be reviewed fortnightly.
Should any of our staff be required to visit a client site, guidelines have been issued to them to ensure that they follow local regulations and precautions, and take any further additional measures considered appropriate to protect them and our clients.
Our preferred method of communication remains video call (preferably Microsoft Teams) or phone.
We would like to thank our clients, staff, partners, contractors, suppliers and associates for their support over recent months, and would take this opportunity to stress that it is business as usual, and we can be contacted in the usual way.
When the offices are opened, albeit partially in the initial stages, we will publish a risk assessment on our website in line with Government guidance.

Our admin team will divert your call to the appropriate staff member, or arrange for someone to call you back.
If, for whatever reason, you are having difficulty contacting an individual member of staff, please try the switchboard number, where we will be able to assist you, or provide you with an alternative number.
Please note that we are increasing our use of recruitment-focused video interviewing platforms at this time, to eliminate the need for face-to-face meetings between candidates, ourselves and our clients.
We hope you will notice no significant difference when dealing with us.
The Jumar Senior Management Team is holding regular update calls internally to ensure there is no impact on projects, recruitment initiatives, deliverables and milestones and, we are – as ever – always available to discuss any aspect of our service to you.
